- Information you give us: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, job name, project details, and anything you include in a message.
- Project files: plans, CAD files and other documents you upload so we can quote or build your work.
- Lead form information from ad platforms: when you submit a lead form on LinkedIn, Google, Meta or a similar platform, that platform shares with us the information you chose to submit (for example, your name, email, phone, company and answers to our questions).
- Usage information: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location, and ad click identifiers, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and contact you about your project.
- To build, check and deliver GPS machine control models, earthwork takeoffs and related services.
- To send you information about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing).

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; our site does not currently respond to it.
Project files
Plans and CAD files you send us are used only to quote and complete your work. We don't share them with anyone outside our team and service providers without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and keep business records, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages.
